Coaching With a Difference
At All About People I use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), an amazing and reliable process that focuses very quickly upon the issues that cause my clients to exist in a loop. By pinpointing the crux of the problem through the client’s Meridian Energy System, EFT removes their problems entirely.
One 42 year old lady came to see me because she was having difficulty controlling her anxiety during her exams. This was a major problem for her, as she was studying for a professional qualification that she needed in order to continue in her chosen career.
Through coaching with EFT I pinpointed the exact moment that the anxiety would take hold of her, and together we successfully dealt with that anxiety trigger. EFT is highly focussed and wastes no time in getting to the cause of a blockage. As a result, that lady subsequently gained a distinction in her qualification.
Another one of my clients came to me feeling very demoralised; her confidence was damaged and she was suffering from great stress. She was doubting her abilities and even questioning her chosen career.
Through coaching we identified that the stress that she was experiencing was coming from a personality clash with a senior member of staff. We focussed on the behaviour of that staff member and established exactly what triggered my client’s stress.
By using EFT to release the ropes that were tying my client down emotionally, her stress has literally disappeared. We then embarked on some further coaching to help her understand the behaviour of the senior member of staff who had originally caused her problems. She is still working for the same company and she keeps emailing me to say how relieved she feels – months after our work together.
One of the main advantages of using EFT with coaching is that my clients can be taught very easily how to use this effective technique themselves. They can then utilise their very own EFT procedure as soon as the ‘stressor’ comes along – thus preventing the stress from taking hold.
